Your new role

In your new role as Performance Marketing Manager, you will use data and facts to demonstrate campaign performance to our customers. Your expertise and data-driven mindset will make every campaign a success, with lead acquisition / lead generation for our B2B solutions always taking centre stage.

What we wish from you

  • Practical experience in lead generation, performance marketing, and digital/social media marketing, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising tools, particularly LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta for Business.
  • Confidence and experience with digital marketing systems and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn & Meta Ad Manager are desirable.
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a passion for sales.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing and sales with a B2B focus, coupled with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • An above-average willingness to learn and the ability to independently search for solutions.
  • Strong technological/digital affinity and a passion for developing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills that translate into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong presentation skills for workshops and regular meetings.
  • The ability to defend media decisions both analytically and critically, considering all business and marketing objectives.

Your role in our team

  • Support in the strategic planning, implementation and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. via Google, LinkedIn, Meta etc.).
  • Assistance in the conception and implementation of campaign and channel-specific content for value-creating sales campaigns.
  • You will create meaningful reports and forecasts as well as continuous tracking of campaign performance. You use these to analyse the profitability of the individual measures.
  • Supporting customers along the entire customer journey, always with their needs in mind.
  • Permanent testing to improve the most important KPIs and the conversion rate (ad texts, campaign structure, landing pages) is part of your daily tasks.
  • You act as the central interface between external advertising partners (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and the customer's team.
