Your new role

In your new role as a working student for performance marketing, you will use data and facts to demonstrate campaign performance to our customers. Your expertise and data-driven mindset will make every campaign a success, with lead acquisition/generation for our B2B solutions always taking centre stage.

What we wish from you

  • You are currently in at least your fourth semester of a marketing/business degree or similar.
  • Practical experience in lead generation/performance/digital/social media marketing, ideally in a B2B context, is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising tools (especially LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta for Business).
  • Experience with digital marketing systems and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn & Meta Ad Manager is desirable.
  • You enjoy direct client contact and the art of selling.
  • You have a basic understanding of digital marketing and sales with a focus on B2B and a hunger for continuous improvement.
  • You have an above-average willingness to learn and, above all, the ability to find solutions independently.
  • You are a strong team player.
  • You have a structured way of working with high quality standards and an eye for detail.
  • Fluent German and good English are expected.

Your role in our team

  • You will support the strategic planning, implementation and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. via Google, LinkedIn, Meta etc.).
  • You will be involved in the conception and implementation of campaign and channel-specific content for value-added sales campaigns.
  • You will produce meaningful reports and forecasts, as well as continuous tracking of campaign performance. You will use these to analyse the profitability of individual activities.
  • Keep an eye on customer needs and support them throughout the customer journey.
  • Continuous testing to improve key KPIs and conversion rates (ad copy, campaign structure, landing pages) will be part of your role.
  • You will act as the central interface between external advertising partners (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and the client team.
